Didn't we all burst into stress during the pandemic?
In all these crazy schedules, we didn't even have time to work on ourselves and to maintain a healthy living.
Everybody is coping up with work from home, so it becomes difficult to manage time and take care of the body.
Here are 7 healthy and fitness hacks:
1) Surya Namaskar:
Surya namaskar also called sun salutations. This asana is traditionally performed in the morning to greet the new day as well as to gain positive energy to start a new day.
2) Drink Lime Juice/Healthy Tea:
Start your day by drinking lime juice or you can also add a pinch of black salt to it. You can also drink lemongrass tea, which is considered a healthy tea or if you make a normal tea, you can add a pinch of cloves, cardamom, pepper and dalchini(cinnamon). Make sure to boil tea only twice a day, so as to prevent the increment of nicotine.
3) Eat Supplements:
Since we eat a lot of unhealthy food every day, it is difficult to manage the weight and stamina of our body. So to manage it, we should have some dietary supplements such as multivitamin tablets and protein shakes every day.
4) Detoxification:
To detoxify your body, what you can do is:
a) Fast for at least a day or two, and eat fresh fruits and fresh juices.
b) Plan a regular diet chart for the day.
c) Eat a healthy breakfast, a heavy lunch and a light dinner every day.
If you follow any of these ways, you will feel healthier, lighter and fitter.
5) Walking:
Walking keeps your immune system healthy. It makes your bones stronger and reduces the risk of heart diseases, hypertension, cholesterol and diabetes.
6) 10 Minutes Eye Exercise:
Due to the pandemic, everyone is working from home. Due to this we constantly work on our desktop or laptop without a minute break. This causes headaches, redness in the eyes or eye strain.
To reduce this, take a 10 minutes break during office hours and perform a 10-minute eye exercise.
7) Mediate Before Sleep:
If you are stressed, it is very hard to sleep at night. Turn off all the electronics items and spend five minutes focus on your breathing to keep yourself relax before off to sleep.
