The government has asked for self-quarantine due to which several businesses are being affected. The self-quarantine period is also affecting the food-related practices of many people. Many countries have asked the restaurants and take-aways to deliver fresh food and the food quantity is being limited.
Good food and nutrition practices are important for each and every individual for making the immune system strong, therefore it is necessary to make the immune system potentially strong and support a healthy diet. It is also important to be physically active if the immune system is active.
Here are some general food and nutrition tips to stay healthy during the quarantine.
1) Plan What You Need
During this time, panic behaviour has been observed among people for food. People are over-purchasing food, there is a sudden increase in the price of all the food items and also an unequal distribution of food. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the food intake for yourself and your family. Try to assess the food that is available at home. 2) Take A Break During Work At Home

3) Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. This is actually good to boost immunity.

In regular daily life, people usually don't have time to cook food at home and they eat food outside. Now, this is the time to master cooking skills and cook healthy recipes at home. If you don't know how to cook, do not worry, take the help of the internet and learn cooking. You can also learn the recipes, which probably you didn't have the time to cook during regular life. This is the best time to learn recipes and cook healthy food at home.
6) Exercise Daily
Since everyone is work from home during this COVID-19 time, people are only consuming food and not exercising to keep the body immune. So to keep the body the immune, exercise daily in the morning and probably do yoga which is the best source of immunity.
7) Plan Strategic Kitchen Rules
There are certain rules that you need to follow to maintain health and hygiene during cooking.
